Is Clip 'n Climb just for kids?

No, Clip ‘n Climb is as much for adults as it is for children! We run sessions in the evening during the week and at weekends if you wish to avoid sessions that are likely to include lots of children. There are three challenges on every wall of varying difficulty and adults are sure to be challenged to achieve maximum points. There are also a number of walls to test competitive instincts including the timed Speed Walls and Face to Face challenge.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

Open toed shoes, flip flops, boots, crocs, heels or climbing shoes are not permitted in the Clip 'n Climb arena.

90 Minutes – Sessions comprise of a 30 minute safety briefing and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses.

When do I need to arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session so we can ensure you are signed in and ready for briefing.

What are 'The Leap of Faith' and 'Vertical Drop Slide' and how do I book them?

For those wanting an extra level of challenge why not try one of our thrilling bolt ons?

The Leap of Faith sees you ascending to a small platform before taking a leap to try and hit the hanging punch bag. As the position of the punch bag is adjustable each leap is a different challenge!

The Vertical Drop Slide challenges you to suit up, hang on and see how high you are willing to go!

Tokens for either activity can be purchased as an add on when booking for £2.00 or on the day for £2.50.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have small lockers available by our reception that are free to use.

As loose jewellery can't be worn whilst climbing we would recommend leaving it at home.

Can I leave my child unattended?

Children under 18 years need a responsible adult on site. You can always watch the action from our cafe whilst enjoying a tasty drink or snack.

Do I need to pay if I am not climbing?

Only those who are climbing need to pay. Any adults who would like to go into the arena with their child will be free of charge. It is required that if you are accompanying your child into the arena, you must watch the safety video.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Indeed we do. They are available to purchase over the phone or in person, and these can be posted to your home address for just a small surcharge to cover postage costs.
