Climbing Lessons FAQ

Who are instructed sessions suitable for?

Our climbing lessons are typically suitable for anyone age 5 and above, although details about specific limitations are covered on the page relating to the session.

Our instructors are very experienced at helping less confident people so if that's you don't worry, you'll never be made to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. By the end of the session you'll likely have surprised yourself!

Should you have any additional needs don't hesitate to give us a call. We'll always do our best to accommodate.

How do I find availability and book a session?

The easiest way to check availability and book is by giving us a call on 0161 820 8750

During busy periods such as weekends and school holidays we would recommend booking further ahead.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

Open toed shoes, flip flops, boots, crocs or heels are not permitted in the climbing arena.

Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons.

Do I need to bring any equipment with me?

No, equipment is provided by us on all sessions and there are no additional hire fees for this.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, we have small lockers available by our reception, big enough for valuables, that are free to use for those on an instructed session.

As loose jewellery can't be worn whilst climbing we would recommend leaving it at home.

Are spectators permitted on the sessions?

We have ample seating where spectators can watch the action and have a brew.

However please be aware that for safety reasons spectators may not be able to follow participants into the climbing areas.
