Climbers Against Cancer are funding an amazing free climbing course for adults recovering from cancer treatment. It’s a fun, friendly, and safe way to learn a new skill, stay active, and meet like-minded people.
Are you recovering from cancer treatment and looking for something uplifting to try? Climbers Against Cancer are offering a free climbing course for adults who want to build strength, confidence, and good vibes while learning a new skill. No experience is needed.
Sessions take place every other Wednesday at Summit Up Climbing, where friendly instructors will guide you through everything at your own pace. Once you have learnt to climb, we will celebrate in the springtime with an outdoor climbing experience.
Trying something new can feel like a big step, so feel free to bring a plus one for support—they can join for free too.
The programme includes eight fortnightly sessions running every other Wednesday and is fully funded by Climbers Against Cancer.
