Volunteers Needed

Summit Up is looking for local volunteers to support our disability-inclusive climbing and bouldering sessions for disabled children and young people. We want to make sure climbing and bouldering are activities that are accessible and inclusive: to do that, we need your help!

Lots of young people who climb with us would benefit from a helping hand on the wall or a friendly face on the ground. If you’re a regular climber and want to be involved, we’d love to hear from you! You do not need any previous experience working with disabled or neurodivergent young people, as we will provide training and support throughout your volunteer journey. Sessions will be run by one of our experienced instructors, so you do not need an instructing qualification.

As a thank you for supporting the session, you will get free entry to the centre following the session you are involved in. You’ll also be helping us make climbing more accessible for disabled children and young people in our community!

If you are interested in supporting us, please fill in the short form below or on a link in our bio, and we will be in touch.
